Hi!

I’m Jair (pronounced “jaw-ear”)

I like to think of myself as the Everything Bagel of Design, a mix of creative flavors, all in one place.

My design journey started in Santa Ana at sixteen with a cracked version of Photoshop (allegedly) and a curiosity that never really turned off. Over the years, I’ve taught myself everything from color separations and screen printing to video editing, photography, lighting, and live event production. I’ve always believed that every skill adds something new to the mix.

These days, I work at Igloo as a Senior Graphic Designer, focusing on licensing collaborations and DTC campaigns. I guide projects from the first sketch to the final launch; concepting, designing, directing shoots, and building the digital ads and social content that bring products to life.

Along the way, I’ve had the chance to work on collaborations with brands like Wu-Tang Clan, NFL, WWE, Minecraft, Disney, Peanuts, & Pokémon. I approach every project with a mix of creativity and practicality, aiming to make the process smooth for everyone involved.

My perspective comes from growing up in Southern California, where cultures, music, and lifestyles collide. Surfing, skating, punk shows, hip-hop, graffiti, Spanish and English side by side. It’s made me see design as more than visuals; it’s about understanding authenticity, how people connect with brands online and in the real world.

Outside of work, I’m often hiking, mountain biking, DJing a dance floor, or on the road with my wife and our dog, visiting national parks. Usually there’s a camera in my hand and music in the background.
